This book contains some of the best investing advice I’ve received and is worth the time to read.
A must read for someone wanting to learn how to invest. It teaches you about value investing with many historical examples of folly and fortune which challenges you to take a position of managing risk when you’re investing your money. It took me nearly two months to get through it, all the while writing copious amounts of notes chapter to chapter. By the time I’d finished my notes on chapter 11 (on how to do security analysis) I had read, re-read, and marked it up a total of 4 times.
