Funny, inciteful, and makes you really question your own identity.

This is one of the very few books I recommend in the self-help category and one of the books I’ve gifted or lent out the most. Often this genre can be distilled into a lot of things we already have knowledge about just don’t exhibit in our everyday lives. Be nicer to others, don’t be so hard on ourselves. It’s fantastically written in a voice that speaks to you with concern and compassion. I recommend the audiobook and checking out Mark Manson’s other work.
